Job Description

My client, a software provider with offices in the UK, USA, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia (among others!) is now looking for an ERP Systems Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installations and configurations of software products at customers and provide technical management support to customers.

The position is full-time and on a permanent basis. Applicants must be based in the EU, and be able to communicate in Dutch confidently, with a fluent level of English also being required. The role will be based in Antwerp, Belgium, but can be worked as a combination of remote work and being physically present in the office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring software products.
  • Providing correct follow-up of issues
  • Suggesting infrastructure and system requirements to customers
  • Supporting customers

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or IT
  • Strong IT skills with at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of and experience with Progress, Linux, Oracle and/or MS SQL
  • Experience with the specific aspects of automation and network/system management
  • Knowledge of software products or ERP systems in the wholesale industry is a plus
  • Dutch language, a good command of the English. French language is a plus
