Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an EuropeanControllerfor a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the industrial sector.

As EuropeanController you will be responsible for:

Responsible for controlling financial statements of Europe: UK, IR and FR; generating reports in a timely manner for timely decision making. Other countries might be added to the scope;
Lead and ensure forecast and planning processes, in addition to their respective management of deviations;
Generate reports that allow the development and monitoring of the results and analysis of the management indicators of the business units;
In charge of calculating and monitoring the evolution of margins / results for each business line;
Prepare business plans and identify opportunities; in addition to ensuring the minimization of costs and increased efficiency;
Define the KPI’s measurement and reporting strategy, in coordination with the different departments.

The required profile for the EuropeanController position:

Auditor Accountant, Business Engineer, Economics or related profession;
Experience in a similar position in multinational companies, with a focus on information consolidation and reporting;
English (fluent written and verbal communication, incl. presentation skills);
Business strategic vision;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure, hands-on, proactive and autonomous;
Analytical skills;
SAP management;
Experience in BI tools.
