Are you a master of organization with a passion for creating unforgettable events? We’re looking for a dynamic Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute top-notch events. From concept to execution, you’ll bring creativity, precision, and energy to every project.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and coordinating external trade fairs from A to Z in terms of administration, budgeting, and logistics
  • Preparing briefings for involved employees regarding booth construction for trade fairs
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers
  • Registering on time with various suppliers & checking hotel availability
  • Organizing meetings & following up on action points from the meetings
  • Thinking about additional marketing activations
  • Being present during setup and on the first day of the fair
  • Evaluating the organization and effectiveness of the completed trade fair

Experience & Competences:

  • Multifunctional and able to handle various tasks efficiently
  • Ability to switch quickly between tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexible and open to dynamic work environments
  • Willing to travel occasionally (France, Germany, UK) to oversee setup and the first day of events
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented (blue profile)
  • Confident in making decisions when needed
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, French, and German are a plus

Education:

Bachelor or master
