Position Summary

The Finance Director for the EUC will be responsible for all finance aspect of the EUC* (Benelux, Nordics, CHAT).

He/She will be the key partner of the EUC Commercial Leadership Team, providing financial leadership to the Regional

and sub-cluster GM’s, to advance BMS strategy and achieve business and financial objectives. He/She will ensure high

standards of integrity and stewardship of financials, playing a key role in developing the financial team in EUC.

The role of the Finance Director, EUC will include full financial responsibility for one of the sub-clusters (either

Benelux, Nordics or CHAT), effectively being the Finance Director for the sub-cluster, leading the local Finance team,

partnering with GM and leadership team, and representing the company for statutory responsibilities in that subcluster. The Finance Directors for the other two sub-clusters will report to the Finance Director, EUC.

Scope of the role

The Finance leader will be recognized as an influential and collaborative business partner who leads beyond the role

and effectively interacts at all levels of the organization to shape and drive the achievement of EUC goals and

Objectives Through

• Leadership of the financial planning process including the development and roll out of ambitious financial goals and
  

targets that are grounded in facts and/or transparent assumptions for EUC.

• Financial analysis and guidance on business activities, targets and business drivers.
• Partnering closely with the head of EUC and be a member of EUC leadership team, promoting fact-based resource
  

allocation decisions.

• Monitoring of business performance for the region EUC. Challenging results and developing recommendations to
  

improve financial performance. Identification and communication of the financial risks and opportunities.

Leadership in the execution of the plans or mitigation action plan implementation.

• Developing a high performing EUC Finance team focused on effective business partnering, strong internal controls
  

and effective accounting processes. Contribute to the Major Market Finance team success.
