????????VEROTECH IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS MANAGER

We are a technologycompany specialized in consultancy services for R&D projects around engineering. Our clients are multinationals, large and scale-up companies in a variety of industries such as semiconductor, aerospace & defence, telecom, automotive, railway, energy, machinery and biomedical.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

VeroTech offers you the opportunity to delve deeper into R&D engineering and contribute to the continuous progress of technological advancements! As an Experienced Business Manager, you play a key role in the growth and branding of VeroTech. Your responsibilities include:

  • Targetthe right prospects to find new accounts and develop new business with VeroTech.
  • Maintain/build relationships with existing clients to develop the presence of VeroTech.
  • Act as career coach and dedicated spoke person for your consultants.
  • After having demonstrated your qualities through success in prospecting new leads & developing existing customers, you will train, coach and manage one Junior Business Manager in your perimeter.

Your day at VeroTech

  • Define a business plan for your region
  • Identify, prospect and close new business development opportunities
  • Manage your client relationships and develop our presence
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, prospects and your own consultant team
  • Lead, coach and motivate your team of consultants
  • Report on a regular basis to the directors on progress and results
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other Business Managers

YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU HAVE

  • Masters degreein Engineering, Economics, Commercial or Business
  • Previous experience in the R&D or Engineering Consulting market is needed
  • Minimum 3 years of successful demonstration in business development is mandatory
  • A first experience in People Management is a plus
  • Keen interest in technologyand innovation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills to convince and motivate people
  • Pro-active person with a can-do mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can easily structure your work
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
