About The Job

YOUR MISSION:

Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics has an exciting career opportunity for a Facility and Maintenance Coordinatorto join the Retail Support Team. The key objective of the role is to provide daily hands-on support to our 11 store management teams on various Facility and Maintenance related topics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Coordinate day-to-day Facility & Maintenance operations across the region with the different stake holders
  • Manage the provision of all facilities maintenance services (including Security and Cleaning agreements) to ensure a high standard for our retail teams and clients
  • Visit our stores regularly (at least each store monthly) to identify and follow-up on pending maintenance and minor works
  • Support and implement sustainability initiatives across the business
  • Follow-up on Health and Safety regulations; in cooperation with the locally appointed persons
  • Coordinate minor repair works projects controlling costs and timeframes
  • Budget and Purchase Order Management

The position is based in Brussels and frequent travel to our stores in the network is required.

Profile

PROFILE:

We are looking for a person who is curious and eager to discover Louis Vuitton.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Pro-active and solution-focused
  • Strong command of English. Knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage, preferably in retail environment
