Field Service Engineer - Herentals Region (80% travelling abroad) - Permanent Role

I am partnered with a company specialised in the manufacturing of machines that form metal profiles. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their international service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers around the world to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as machine installations, relocations, and upgrades.
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems across various technical domains such as mechanical, automation, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Manage service agreements with customers from initiation to completion.
  • Providing customer support and offering advice on optimal machine use and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a degree in Electromechanics or a related field.
  • You have experience in automation, mechanics, electricity and hydraulics.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (80% abroad) to countries all over the world.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid work permit.
