We continue to grow and are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.

What is your function?

The Field Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and is responsible (after a compact, but intensive, induction phase) for completing of the following tasks:

  • Delivery of our products to customers,
  • Advising on the preparation of installation files of UPSs and chargers,
  • Carrying out final on-site commissioning of installations,
  • Performance of preventive maintenance contracts for to our install base,
  • Realization of internal & external repairs: being able to find and solve the problem yourself,
  • Completion of administrative tasks such as service reports and others,
  • Technical assistance/support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electricity/Electronics (or equivalent through experience),
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role,
  • Autonomous & flexible (rotation of 24h on-call as well as project dependent travel abroad & offshore),
  • Eager to learn & solution oriented,
  • Meticulous,
  • Knowledge of Dutch, French & English is a must,
  • Computer knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Office),
  • Driving license B,
