For our Finance department, we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide manage the invoices and Accounting inbox.

  • Management of the incoming/outgoing correspondences
  • Registration, follow up, invoicing and collection of customer orders/invoices
  • Coordination of purchase orders and invoices
  • General administrative assistance for the team
  • You are willing to work on an interim contract of 3 months
