Job Description

  • monitoring payment receipts/advance funds,
  • monitoring AR/AP balances/instructions,
  • invoice requests (adv funds/invoices) to shared service center,
  • address book creation,
  • trial balance reporting,
  • creation port call nr in ERP,
  • association/federation bookings/payments,
  • Month end closure (invoicing sales, service bookings, pnl reporting, …),
  • Other logistical/administrative activities …
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and in local language.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, …).
  • Relevant work experience in administration and supply chain.
  • Experience working with ERP system (SAP, Orcale, SalesForce, …).
  • Be comfortable with level of independency and decision making authority.
  • Accurate monitoring on costs, budgets, stock management in/output, sales demand, inventories
  • Understanding of implications of all relevant internal processes and procedures on stakeholders (logisctics,planning, execution)
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.
