Finance Business Controlling, Performance and Intelligence Assistant

Up to ¬ 51 P/H DOE

9 Month Contract

Our client is hiring a Finance Business Controlling, Performance and Intelligence Assistant to join their busy team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute internal Procure to Pay controls related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Receipts
  • Assist in the review of Revenue and Expense monitoring for Services
  • Evaluate and maintain solid Audit trails, whilst keeping up to date financial records and files
  • Assist in the design, implementation and improvement of financial planning and reporting processes using automated tools
  • Planning (ERP) which contributes to financial planning, budgeting, revenue and expense management
  • Translate communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret (Must be active to be considered)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years similar work experience
  • Understanding of accounting standards (IPSAS or IFRS/IAS)
  • Demonstrate skills and experience in Financial Management, budgeting and control
  • Able to perform analysis and reporting
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence tools

This is a 9-month contract position with the chance of being extended, although it cannot be guaranteed.
