Finance Controller - Hybrid (Liege) - Freelance

I am currently looking for a freelance Finance Controller for a Client based in Liege. They are offering a 12 month contact with only 3 days on site and the REST remote!

Responsibilities include...

  • Monthly closing activities and project openings in SAP and Datawarehouse
  • Administrative tasks in SAP (asset accounting, project system module, master data management)
  • Support to the CAPEX controlling team with forecasting, budgeting processes.
  • Investment reporting - monthly report, shareholders report,...

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting (Master’s degree as an advantage)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in controlling/accounting or audit
  • Knowledge of SAP, especially cost center accounting, FI-GL, asset accounting, procurement...
  • Good understanding of international accounting principles (German GAAP)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel (power query, complex data processing, array formulas, ...)
  • Knowledge of BW, Power Query, Power BI or Tableau as advantage
  • Fluent in English - French is a BONUS!
