In order to pursue our development in Europe and keep on growing internationally, we are looking for a new teammate for our office in Brussels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Finance Intern, you will be mainly assisting the finance team and learn how to implement a range of activities including:
  • To organize the areas of finance at Amazonia Bio by issuing reports, making assessments and presentations to the company directors
  • Encoding, processing, classifying and archiving incoming documents such as invoices, tickets, and any other relevant papers.
  • Follow up with suppliers
  • Registering daily incoming mail and documents
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
  • You are a student in finance, business management or other related studies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and organize, self-motivation and independence.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Your English level must be one of your strengths. Any other language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, etc.).
  • A formal internship convention, as part of your studies.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
  • Send us your CV, a cover letter, a portfolio and your answer to the three questions outlined below (in English only).
  • We send you a link to an online test to get to know more about you. Please schedule at least one hour to complete this test.
  • Three short interviews take place. The first interview is with HR, the second interview takes place with a person from the relevant department, and the final interview is with the CEO of Amazonia Bio.
  • You receive an offer and the fun begins!
