Your Job Responsibilities

As Financial Analyst, you will work within the FP&A team on all management reporting for Unilin. Your job will consist of the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly closing and reporting process.
  • Build on harmonized reporting for the different BU’s.
  • Lead various improvement projects in the area of financial reporting.
  • Explore new possibilities of our reporting tools.
  • Create new reports and modify existing reports using our standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the further definition of our organizational metrics and KPI’s.
  • Be the co-owner of financial consolidation (SAP-BPC), reporting and planning tools (Anaplan) and act as ambassador towards the BU’s.
  • Participate in the Unilin SAP4Hana implementation and the One Finance initiative at the Global Corporate Mohawk level.

The profile we are looking for:

  • A financial enthusiast who is passionate about reporting. You enjoy sharing your enthusiasm & insights towards the broader organization.
  • You have a Master’s degree and minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a related business/reporting role.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and a solid experience in setting up reporting (in Power BI or another data visualization tool).
  • Knowledge of SAP-BPC is an asset.
  • Data-savvy & critical-thinker with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Dutch & English).
