operating duty:
A. Financial work
1. Online banking bill of landing: using the bank’s USB shield to make bill payment;
2. Accounting: responsible for completing accounting treatment on Winbooks on a monthly basis in accordance with the Belgian Accounting Law;
3. Reconciliation: Responsible for checking accounts with Chinese financial personnel on a monthly basis;
4. Issue financial statements: Responsible for issuing monthly and annual financial statements;
5. Data binding: binding accounting vouchers, approval forms, invoices, statements and other financial data;
6. Invoice management: Responsible for receiving the company’s mail and invoices (paper and electronic versions), distributing them to various departments of the company for processing, and editing the ledger of invoice collection and payment for management requirements;
7. Cooperate with tax declaration: Responsible for connecting with the company’s tax consulting unit and cooperating in completing daily tax declaration;
8. Cooperation in audit: Cooperating with auditing: Responsible for connecting with auditing units, providing financial information, and cooperating with the completion of annual reports and special audits;
9. Making auxiliary accounts: Responsible for editing accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses and other financial accounts, and checking with Chinese financial personnel;
10. Other financial work.
B. Human resource management and administrative work
1. Responsible for daily office supplies procurement, warehouse management and expense processing;
2. Responsible for recording and entering the attendance (leave) of foreign personnel;
3. Responsible for reconciling with GROUPS regarding the salary payment of overseas personnel, reimbursement of daily expenses and other matters;
4. Responsible for foreign OA/NC and other systems, operating and processing as required;
5. Other human resources and administrative tasks.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or financial management related major;
2. 5 years or more equivalent working experience;
3. Ability to communicate in French, English or French and Chinese (preferred);
4. Proficiency in using office software such as OFFICE and WINBOOK;;
5. Strong sense of the ownership and responsibility of the work, able to co-ordinance and support between China and Belgium team and carry out various tasks independently;
