INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a business analyst to ensure continuous value creation for stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle. Within a financial environment, the candidate will be asked to provide its expertise and coordination to the Epic study and refinement process.He/She will have to gather, understand and challenge the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders, to consolidate and standardize their needs into input for the delivery teams, accounting for technical and process constraints throughout. He/ She will work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them to define the product concept, to detail processes and/or conceptual and functional. In addition, the candidate will be in charge of producing precise and formal specifications for systems or business components, following-up test scenarios for system testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Finally, he/she will have to review analysis deliverables of peers.

• Sound knowledge in financial products (Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit, Equities, and especially options).
• Good understanding of workflow processes and business architecture.
• Open to change management.
• Strong interest in numbers and statistics
