Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Controller for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the health sector.

Financial Planning & Analysis

AsFinancial Controller you will be responsible for:
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement, working closely with all business teams;
  • Actively participate in the business planning and budgeting process;
  • Support corporate finance initiatives (M&A,…);
  • Proactively manage treasury and working capital.
Accounting & Controlling
  • Drive financial reporting to internal & external stakeholders (Board of Directors, potential investors, granting bodies, project managers, executive committee,…);
  • Work in close collaboration with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial reports, timely supplier payment processing and customer payment collection;
  • Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings & recommendations.
The Required Profile For The Financial Controller Position
  • Master degree in economics, finance, business engineering or similar;
  • 5 years of relevant experience (or 2-3 years in management consulting);
  • Strong analytical skills & positive critical mind;
  • Ability to prioritize actions and goals;
  • A high level of entrepreneurial spirit and drive, combined with great interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English (written and oral);
  • High proficiency in Excel.
