In this pivotal role, you’ll do more than crunch numbers - you’ll craft financial strategies that steer us through the uncharted territories of telecom. You’ll become the financial navigator of Citymesh, guiding us towards sustainable growth with every decision and report.

As our Financial Controller, you will:

• Lead the charge on financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency that align with our innovative ethos.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, turning data into strategic forecasts that fuel our forward-thinking initiatives.
• Manage tax planning and compliance, utilizing your expertise to optimize our financial practices and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Direct internal audits, keeping us on the straight and narrow while identifying opportunities for financial refinement and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, communicating financial insights and forecasts that support and drive departmental and organizational goals.
• Acting as the process owner for our ERP system (Odoo), guaranteeing seamless integration and effective utilization to streamline financial operations and bolster organizational efficiency.
  

Job requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Dutch and English, able to navigate complex financial terminology and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Team Synergy: A proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments, ready to connect with colleagues across departments to drive financial success.
• Adaptive Expertise: Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the telecom industry, with a mindset geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proven Experience: A solid background with substantial experience in a similar financial role, demonstrating a track record of success and leadership in financial operations.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
• ERP Knowledge : Particularly Odoo, to efficiently manage our financial processes and workflows.
