We are currently working with this company that manages three movie theatres in Wallonia. Despite the closures due to COVID, the group is looking to the future and will open two new locations in the coming months!

To strengthen a small team of three people, they are looking for a Controller who will work under the direct supervision of the CEO of the group. This person will have a key role in optimizing the financial strategy of the group, as well as working directly in the field!

Financial Controller - Your Tasks

Half of your work will be dedicated to Financial Controlling:

  • Establish budgets, KPIs
  • Monthly reporting
  • Analyse sales, profits, margins and come up with suggestions for improvement
  • Support the team during audits

    • On top of that, you are directly active in the field:

  • Management of the food & drink corners
  • Determine the pricing policy
  • Ensure the respect of hygiene standards
  • Stock management
  • Manage contracts and relationships with the various suppliers
  • Review expenses

    • Financial Controller - Your Profile

    • Bachelor degree in accounting, a Master’s degree is a plus
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Financial Analyst/Controller), or as an auditor
    • Fluent in English and French
