Description

  • Proactively identifying new talents, corresponding to clients’ needs
  • Working with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Creating a positive candidate experience
  • Managing offer process, including negotiations of terms and conditions with the clients

Profiles
  • Native level of French or Dutch and fluent English
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • Relevant experience in sales/recruiting
  • You are persistent and have a passion for sales
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Offer
  • Permanent contract with a fixed salary of 30K gross the first year with unlimited commission - up to 22% of the fee. Earn up to 130K in your first year thanks to your amazing results or be even more ambitious and beat our top biller with more than 180K!
