An opportunity has arisen with our client in the minerals industry, to work closely with their research and development team and customer base. As the Flue Gas Treatment Application Engineer, you will utilise your in-depth knowledge of wet scrubbers and other innovative solutions to aid in the innovation, development and application of our client’s technologies.If you have advanced experience in these range of technologies and have worked in the removal of pollutants from industrial processes – Walker Lovell would welcome a copy of your CV today!Responsibilities
  • Offer advanced technical guidance and provide business units with advice, resources, and insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present new developments to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and solve problems through laboratory testing.
  • Explore new business prospects and gather market intelligence to support customers and enhance applications.
  • Serve as a spokesperson at industry conferences with a global reach.
Experience
  • Minimum Masters of Science Degree, PhD in a subject relating to Flue Gas would be a plus.
  • Mid-Level industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Flue Gas Treatment Equipment, Waster-to-energy industries or Recycling.
Skills
  • Ability to network, liaise with customers
  • Have exposure to decentralized organizations
  • Strong analytical skills.
