Description


FP&A Business Partner - Your Tasks:

  • Up to approval Perform financial and operational analysis/assessment of the available information, working together with T&M and the Regions to ensure all presented business cases respond to well evaluated needs and are financially sound
  • Benchmark with historical data & other industries
  • Go on site to accompany the analysis by a good industrial understanding of risks and opportunities at stake
  • Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to resolution in a timely manner
  • Communicate and foster cross-fertilization across the Regions
  • Support Group FP&A analysis & ongoing projects (finance budgeting and forecasting cycles, various P&L drivers’ analyses,)
  • Maintain and improve FP&A guidelines and procedures.
  • Follow-up & assess actual performances after implementation.
  • Train users, when necessary, to ensure best practices in capex management.
  • Suggest enhancements to leverage and visualise data available in the tool to support the finance capex controlling, using Power BI

Profiles


FP&A Business Partner - Your Profile:

  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, industrial Engineering, Finance, or another similar degree
  • You have at minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial field or a finance field
  • Fluent inEnglish, a knowledge of French or any other language could be an asset
