About Our Client

For one of my client, a key actor in the FMCG food, I am looking for a Freelance Business Controller for a mission of 3 months minimum.

Job Description

  • Support ongoing large finance projects
  • Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports with key performance metrics and liaise with various departments to create and produce management reporting packages
  • Support the group management consolidation process, delivering monthly income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Support the business intelligence work-group, responsible for collecting data, designing and delivering reports across the group
  • Maintain and enhance efficiency of internal financial reporting processes
  • Support the group audit process

The Successful Applicant

  • Master’s degree in finance
  • Relevant experience in a finance function (4-5 years)
  • controlling, fp&a, business analyst, due diligence
  • Previous experience in large finance project such as (re)financing, due-diligence, collaboration with large financial institutions and financial advisors is also a plus
  • Industry or franchising experience (retail, food service, etc) is a plus
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Communicates fluently in English, written and orally
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive, doer
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to create targeted presentations
  • Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once
  • Good people skills, which make you easily approachable and trustworthy.
  • Good empathy skills so you can relate to the different project roles and assess the critically of raised questions and issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; handle and prioritise simultaneous requests.
  • Experience of working in a multinational, flexible environment would be beneficial.
