About Our Client

This mission is for one of our clients located around Brussels / Zaventem and active in the manufacturing sector.

Job Description

This mission is highly confidential. The main goal is to be the trust person for the blue collar workers and the unions. You will be the single point of contact for your population.

I will do my very best to give a personal feedback to every applicant, even though we have a huge volume of applications these days which can generate a delay in response.

In order to reduce this workload, we kindly ask you not to apply to multiple positions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Solid experience dealing with unions in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian legislation
  • Immediately available at least 4days/week
  • Operational working experience over Belgium
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  • Able to negotiate and apply the social legislation where needed

What’s On Offer

Duration : minimum 6 months + possible extensions or permanent status (not confirmed yet)

Rate : this is a medior position from 500 to 900€/day all in.
