About Our ClientWe are looking for a Proposal Engineerwith experience in project management. You know how to analyze project specifications and requirements. You are experienced with commercial and technical negotiations researching standardization and defining alternative solutions to improve project competitiveness.Job DescriptionFreelance Proposal Engineer is responsible for:



  • Searching for technical solutions to enhance project competitiveness.
  • Developing and coordinating proposals and bids, including scheduling and monitoring various actors, such as the commercial and financial departments, engineering management, quality management, and project management.
  • Assessing the company’s ability to meet the requirements and identifying any potential issues or areas of risk.
  • Collaborating with department heads and other stakeholders to develop a strategy for the technical and commercial bids
The Successful ApplicantAs a Proposal Engineer is important to:



  • have an experience with people management and project management
  • have a technical expertise in mechanical and electric domains
  • Have a good knowledge of fabrication processes
  • Be solution oriented
  • Be fluent in French
