  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, chat, or email in French.
  • Handle inquiries about products, services, or orders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates from all over the world in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
  • Represent global brands with pride and positivity.
What Were Looking For

  • You speak French fluently (C1/C2 level) and have a good level of English (B2+).
  • You’re a people person empathetic, patient, and a great communicator.
  • You enjoy helping others and finding smart solutions.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
