Would you like to join a dynamic and multicultural Service Centre environment, while also working for the world’s most prestigious luxury brand?

Based in Brussels, and providing support to our clients in 23 countries, and in 14 official languages, Louis Vuitton’s Client Service Centre is seeking passionate, dynamic and multilingual people to join our diverse team to provide exceptional customer service to clients from across Europe and to explore the digital world of Louis Vuitton!

Your day to day role:

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms (phone, email & written social media). Also, ensuring that you develop a loyal client based and maximize each sales opportunity while working toward goals set forth by the brand.


PROFIL

We are looking for candidates mastering French and/or Dutch and with a good command of English(oral and written).

The ideal candidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry and has a strong passion for the luxury universe. This position also requires great familiarity with IT tools and strong interpersonal skills.
