We are looking for an experiencedGeneral Manager (M/F)with a strong B2B background, ideally in international, matrixed settings. You are both strategic and hands-on, able to engage teams and drive results in a fast-moving environment.

⚽ Mission length :6 months minimum

????Starting date :ASAP – depending on candidate availability

Main responsibilities :

• Lead all business operations at the headquarters and across the company’s European scope
• Ensure effective management of teams, processes, and performance KPIs ;
• Oversee commercial strategy execution and client relationship management ;
• Drive operational improvements and reinforce service excellence across business units ;
• Manage P&L responsibility and ensure delivery of financial targets ;
• Support the company’s digital transformation and innovation roadmap ;
• Act as the key liaison for external stakeholders, including clients and strategic partners ;
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

☑️Your key skills & profile

Profile

Senior executive with minimum 15 years of experience in B2B services.

Proven track record as General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Unit Director.

Background in managing international teams and complex organizations.

Experience in transformation, scaling operations, and customer-oriented strategies.

Key skills

Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pragmatic, adaptable, and results-driven.

Comfortable in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
