We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Strategist who is a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the smartest team, and the very latest technology, then this is the job for you!

The Social Media Strategist will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to generate demand for our products and services and increase awareness of our brand. Their duties will include developing compelling content, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns.

• Outline and drive optimal social media strategy and process based on latest best practices
• Recommend and drive the appropriate lead acquisition, customer nurturing and retention strategies across the Social Media channels
• Drive content strategies to increase engagement with customers and prospects via our social media platforms
• Develop strategies to use social media as a method to generate new leads as part of product and market campaigns
• Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with multiple marketing groups to build social calendars, campaigns and posts based on marketing and company needs
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
• Collaborate with digital marketing on campaign tracking and provide analytical reports with recommendations
• Set measurable goals and KPIs for all social campaigns
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
• Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Responsibilities

• Expert strategic knowledge and experience with all aspects of social media marketing
• Strong experience with paid social media campaigns across all major outlets
• Knowledge of and ability to use Sprout Social or similar, related tools
• Broad understanding of overall marketing efforts and campaign, from digital to marcom to product
• Strong writing skills, ability to engage social media users with concise posts
• Understanding of what works across all social platforms and the ability to vary content accordingly
• Excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to gather information from different parts of the organization to turn into engaging content
• Strong organizational skills
• An interest in the satellite industry and associated technology and a willingness to learn and increase knowledge on the subject and always be on the lookout for interesting and relevant content for posting or sharing
• A creative side that will help differentiate ST Engineering iDirect’s social media content from our competitors
• A self-starter that is able to work independently as well as in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to €96,951.25 per year
