We are seeking Graduate Operations Managers to join our network. These are positive, self-motivated candidates with just the right combination of leadership skills and professional business insight.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for team-oriented people to embrace this role: you’ll support the Operations leadership team. This will involve leading meetings, assigning work and communicating with both internal and external suppliers. Moreover, you’ll oversee smooth delivery processes: this will directly relate to positive end-user customer experience and satisfaction. While you achieve this, you’ll enable your team to identify innovative ways to improve how we work.

Leading by example, you’ll be responsible for the training and integration of your team, while promoting progress. This symbiotic relationship also makes this position even more rewarding and impactful, as you strive for excellence together with the team you manage.

You’ll exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable. Basic Qualifications
  • You obtained or are working towards a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A problem-solving and methodical approach: you’re able to coordinate information, identify any root causes of potential obstacles and then extract and manipulate any data as may be necessary,
  • You possess sound business judgement, with a proven history of effectively delivering quantifiable results
  • Demonstrate previous experience of taking Ownership: you’ve delivered projects within scope, according to agreed upon timeframes, to budget,
  • You’re a good communicator with fluent English and French or Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
  • Though not required, it’s even better if you have previous work experience.
