Your Master’s degree is brand new (or you are graduating this summer) and you’re looking for a job packed with opportunities? You are passionate about the operations world, supply chain, logistics, transport?

What can you expect?
A lot!
A two year rotational program – starting in September 2023
Are you passionate about people management, improvement of processes, change management, project management, performance or quality? You can see yourself working within the operations in our sorting centers or in our mail centers? Then you could be a match!
You will be working on three projects, of which each will take eight months. During these two years, you will be taking on different projects or different existing roles in three teams in the core of our business. You could work in one of our sorting centers where we sort-out thousands of parcels and letters on a daily base. Later one of our Mail Center Managers could guide you on the daily operations of the distribution of these parcels and letters with our mailmen. To end your traineeship on a high note, your last project will be based on your own preference. The goal will be for you to discover several places & managers and to share best practices with other trainees working in other places.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Number 1 requirement: you are in for a challenge!
  • You have a master’s degree (or will graduate at latest in June 2023);
  • You have maximum 1 year of work experience ;
  • You want a job with contacts, to deal with people and not work behind a screen all day long ;
  • You are passionate about supply chain, logistics, the world of operations ;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, vous parlez Français and you are fluent in English ;
  • You know what agile means and you’re not afraid of change ;
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours / location because sometimes you will have to discover other bpost entities in the whole Belgium or to work in different shifts to test or implement your project or to supervise teams ;
  • You can’t wait to show us you have the drive, courage and empathy it takes to become a future bpost leader ;
  • You are in possession of a driver’s licence B.
