Client Details

The candidate would manage several teams within client services. They would be responsible for daily operations in the department and a member of the management team.

Description

  • You will provide excellent day-to-day customer service and hands on support in the department
  • You have experience managing direct reports, composed of different teams
  • You are focused on continuous improvement and innovation in the industry
  • You know how to build relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers and client visits
  • You are able to drive operational and financial efficiency in an organization
  • You know how to recruit and create a winning team with a focus on client retention

Profiles

  • You have 10 years of experience in the Belgium insurance market as part of the operations department
