An organisation is searching for a Head of Sales, please see some of their job details below.Job Description
- Develop and implement division’s strategy
- Ensure full organizational alignment and related communication
- Translate and implement group strategy toward the OEM’s
- Coordinate OEM’s management on strategic plans, SIOP, key initiatives, performance, financing, big deals
- Build, review and realize budget and sales KPI’s for the division
- Monitor equipment’s sales performance related KPI’s per OEM, divisions, industry, country, customers
- Ensure customers satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate & monitor Key Account Management (IKA-RKA) and Products Management
- Secure position and increase market share on historical OEM’s
- Develop sales of new business activities and new technologies
- Promote bundled and aftermarket offers rates
- Collaborate with Sales Finance to collect needs, prioritize and structure solutions
- Define and align marketing plans and priorities with strategic plans
- Participate to market intelligence and pricing benchmark reviews
- Collaborate, cascade and monitor in the cluster all the plans and initiatives of the division
- Implement tools, processes and policies in line with group & division guidelines (SIOP / DOS / Sales Policy)
- Liaise with VP Sales and Quality/ICT to standardize and develop adequate tools & processes to improve quality & efficiency
You have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar role in the industry of transport or trucks. The knowledge of the industry is a must. You are Fluent English and French, you have a Bachelor Degree Sales oriented, Proficient skills in Microsoft office products, Technical and commercial skills. Knowledge of dealer’s and OEM processes – transport equipment experience, negotiation skills, customer focus.
