As a Hospitality Officer, you will be the first point of contact and the business card of GC. You will welcome our guests and people who visit our training center. In addition to this you will be in charge of the front-desk activities.


What is your mission?

  • You staff the reception desk and you welcome visitors.
  • You answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • You register visitor names in the building security system.
  • You maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor badges).
  • You respond to inquiries at the reception desk.
  • You receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and outbound mail .
  • You handle the Campus and general mailbox.
  • You manage the reservations of conference rooms for meetings and pool car reservations.
  • You arrange travel and accommodations.
  • You organize incentives for participants of trainings upon request.
  • You coordinate catering.
  • You liaise with all involved parties like the cleaning company, maintenance department, trainers, other GC departments, etc.

Who are you?

  • Professional Bachelor is preferred, or equal to experience of 2 to 5 years
  • You speak and write English and Dutch fluently, spoken French and/or German is a plus
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • You are customer oriented, proactive and attentive to detail
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are a team player, but can also work independently
