Description

The candidate will be actively involved with the HR accounting and ensure a timely and qualitative delivery of HR process
(payroll, bonus, provisions,.... ) but also in the monthly financial closing (consolidation/chargeback process ).

This will include:
  • Help to perform analysis of the group’s entities results to ensure reliability of the input data into the HR process;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and group entities on HR issues (accounting for specific transactions, HR intercompany
movements, ...).

The person will also assist and participate with:
  • The monthly HR process;
  • The identification of HR differences;
  • The output follow-up, control and related reconciliations/investigations;
  • The output reporting and related commentaries;
  • The participation to the monthly HR recharging operational cycle including but not limited to HR Chargeback/services;
  • The recharge agreements set-up and follow up;
  • The management and follow-up of the various requests aiming at improving the underlying processes;
  • The reconciliation of the accounts (GLO) and internal controls documentation (FICA) on assigned items;
  • The participation to the Continuous Improvement of HR processes such as architecture upgrades, updating of related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc...;
  • The documentation of policies and procedures;
  • The analysis of new/modified HR accounting policies;
  • The support to internal and external auditors;
  • The maintenance of HR documentation on historical events;
  • The support/help to FSC.

Your profile

  • Excellent understanding of theoretical/practical aspects of accounting, coupled with a background in HR accounting;
  • Excellent analytical skills and well organised;
  • Proficient user of the MS Office suite, especially Excel;
  • Good knowledge of English. French and/or Dutch is a plus;
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience in working with an integrated ERP system, preferably Oracle is an asset;
  • Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
