General Position Description

The successful candidate will work full time at ENTSO-E Head offices in Brussels. The HR Administrator will work within the Corporate Services section, specifically the Human Resources Team, reporting to the HR Manager. The team comprised of 4 internal/external staff.

The HR Administrator will support primarily the main HR-processes and the various tasks of the HR Team, covering both the more soft and hard aspects of HR.

Travelling is not required.

Responsibilities And Tasks

The HR Administrator will provide support towards the HR Manager and HR Team on various HR-activities, with a main focus on recruitment and compensation & benefits, more specifically on:
  • HR Admin: maintaining our organisation charts, supporting our contract management for employees, secondments and contractors, producing reports and maintaining HR Dashboards, preparing files on international mobility and assure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Comp & Ben: supporting our Comp & Ben Specialist on preparing the payroll, the administration of our benefits and flex plan, budget preparation and budget follow-up, HR-invoices and expenses.
  • Recruitment & onboarding: assisting in job postings, maintaining our candidate database, pre-screening and scheduling of candidates, onboarding of new employees.
  • Learning & development: providing support in organizing and evaluating internal and external trainings, detecting training needs, organizing our recognition ceremonies and awards.
  • HR Projects: assisting the HR Team and HR Manager in several HR Projects.
  • Internal Communication: maintain our HR Intranet, follow-up on our HR internal communication, assist in organizing our various employee meetings.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least a first experience in a general Admin HR Admin function, preferably in an international service-oriented environment.
  • Experience with payroll and knowledge of Belgian Labour legislation is a plus
  • Autonomous, resourceful, pro-active, team player, can-do attitude.
  • Analytical skills & eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in professional English and French or Dutch. Able to bring a message in a comprehensive & structured way.
  • Advanced in MS Office, very strong affinity with Excel and experience with SharePoint.
