About The Role
Our office in Ieper is currently looking for an HR Assistant to support the national HR Team. Our Human Resources department is the power source for excellence in Ecolab Belgium. The employee, within a global business context, is central to everything we do and we need your support to achieve this.
What You Will Do
- You ensure correct processing of HR administration and social documents.
- You are the regular interlocutor for all day-to day HR-related topics.
- You assist our Payroll Manager with the (bi)monthly payroll.
- Together with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of blue and white collars.
- You support the employees in their career development from hire to exit.
- You actively follow the laws, regulations and the consequences of this in the field of employee administration.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various European HR projects such as Performance & Development, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion,…
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent due to experience.
- A first experience via a traineeship or other is an asset, but not a must.
- HR administration has few secrets for you.
- You are solution-oriented and communicative.
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
- You are an entrepreneur who works proactively and loves a challenge.
- You are a true team player and are open to virtually support your colleagues in Groot-Bijgaarden and Tessenderlo.
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Languages: Dutch, French and English.
