We now have an exciting opportunity at Kingspan Insulated Panels as we are looking for a HR Business Partner.

Reporting to the Finance Manager of Western Europe, this role is your opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

Purpose of the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to support and advise local management in our plants in Beveren-Leie, Grobbendonk, Leuze and Tiel (NL). Main office is Beveren-Leie.

The ideal candidate will identify areas for improvement in HR-related issues and develop proposals that align with our organizational objectives, contributing to our overall success.

What You’ll Do

Strategy and policy

· Understand the business, its objectives and needs.

· Identify areas for improvement, development, and bottlenecks on-site, and propose ideas to support organizational goals. Act as a sparring partner for local management.

· Use a data-driven approach to identify trends and convert them into actionable solutions and policies. Advise management on necessary actions.

· Initiate, lead, and contribute to HR projects, encouraging others to do the same.

· Develop the annual HR plan with concrete actions and objectives in line with the HR strategy and local needs.

Advising and coordinating

· Serve as an advisor, sparring partner, and coach for local management teams on various HR topics.

· Perform operational and tactical HR tasks in recruitment and selection, employment conditions, training, employment relationships, sickness absence, organizational changes, employment law issues, and related correspondence.

· Participate in and lead one or more assigned HR projects.

· Play a proactive role in the HR team of Western Europe.

· Lead team of local payroll officers in the plants of Beveren-Leie, Grobbendonk, Leuze & Tiel (NL)

Communication

· Ensure clear and transparent information provision to management and employees.

· Maintain external contacts with partners.

· Prepare HR reports for the Divisional HR Director and local management teams

· Encourage and coach managers to perform HR tasks independently.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s / Master degree (preferably HRM, P&A)

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

Knowledge of relevant social legislation and regulations, change management, project management

Proficiency in Dutch, French and English (oral and written).

Excellent communication skills.

Initiative-taking and determined.

Organizational sensitivity and integrity.
