HR Business Partner - Freelance

For a replacement of maternity leave in Diegem, we are looking for a Freelance HR Business Partner (m/f). To start as soon as possible until August.

Your key responsibilities

As an HR Business Consultant you are an essential factor in our HR team:

• You will be working in team with the payroll officer and the recruiter dedicated to our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Service Line.
• You will be in close contact with the 100 employees of this service line and are in charge of the tracking of their full career cycle : from signing the contract until exit ; onboarding; performance management, coaching, wellbeing, compensation & benefits review. You will also find adequate solutions for all questions & problems regarding personnel matters (salary packages, secondary working conditions, career development…).
• You are also in charge of the coordination of Learning and Development for SaT : follow up and reporting of global and local e-learnings, virtual and physical classroom trainings.
• Of course you will work closely together with the other team members who can assist you in all these matters.
• You will report to the HR Director but to the Service Line Leader of SaT as well.
• Existing policies need to be respected, and as there is always room for improvement you can work on the implementation of ’best practices’.
• You will have a key role being the HR Contact Person for SaT as much for employees as for the leadership.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 
  You have a master degree or equal through experience;
• You have 3 to 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong added value.

• You have an excellent consultant profile (advisory, selling & presentation skills, facilitation) and are well organized;
