About the role:

An great opportunity awaits for a skilled HR generalist to become a business partner at our Ferrero Industrial plant in Arlon, Belgium. As a key member of the HR team, you will report directly to the HR Manager and take on the essential responsibility of delivering HR services such as employee relations, organizational change, recruitment, retention, training, development..

Your role as HR Business Partner will be dynamic and impactful, involving close collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Together, we will focus on enhancing the organization’s capabilities and empowering our people to thrive.

Main responsabilities:

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for any people and HR-related inquiries from our onsite employees. This will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

  • Manage the recruitment process for your assigned population from A to Z;
  • Handling the contracts, termination documents, addendums.. ;
  • Act as the temporary employment agencies point of reference;
  • In collaboration with the HR Manager, prepare and monitor the merit plan;
  • Follow-up group processes regarding performance and evaluation;
  • Be the business partner for the Managers assigned, providing valuable advice and guidance to them and finding solutions to various challenges;
  • Overseeing policy and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency;
  • Managing employee relations to foster a positive work environment;
  • Facilitating learning and development initiatives to nurture employee growth and skill enhancement;
  • Being involved in workforce planning, optimising resource allocation;
  • Managing day to day activities with the unions delegates.

Who we are looking for:

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with 5-7 years of experience as a HR generalist professional, particularly those with a background in FMCG manufacturing or industrial relations.
