I.R.I.S., a Canon company, offers high-quality solutions for the digitalization of paper-based documents. The division Products & Technologies develops technologies and products for Intelligent Document Recognition and markets its portfolio on a worldwide basis through strong partnerships. I.R.I.S. Products & Technologies is located in Germany, Benelux and USA.

In this role, you support and advise Managers and employees of the Professional Technologies division in terms of Talent acquisition, Talent development, Teamwork, Performance management, Succession planning; Internal communication, etc.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves. Challenge the organizational structure and propose changes, actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Recruit personally the key talents.
  • Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions. Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
  • Identify employees ready for the promotion and rotate best talents across different functions in the organization.
  • Manage the complete L&D activities for this division and detect the training needs in a proactive and reactive way. Expand a methodology in that purpose, and contribute to the achievement of the business needs.
  • Prepare in close coordination with the HR Manager the yearly salary reviews.
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management. Actively support discussions and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization.
  • Lead the change management projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication.
  • Be part of an HR team inside the HR Department and share your knowledge, ideas and initiatives.
  • Act as an internal specialist and continuously follow the most recent developments and trends within his or her own specific field.

Profile:

  • Strong experience (5 years) in Human Resources with in-depth knowledge of Comp & Ben and Talent Development
  • Strong Labor Law Knowledge Skills
  • Interested in the IT sector

  • Project Management and Change Management Skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
