About Our ClientOur customer is active in the Food & Beverage industry.Job DescriptionAs HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:



  • You execute the global HR strategy within your scope and provide support to employees and business in the wide spectrum of HR
  • You coach and guide the HR Administrator and ensure personnel and payroll administration are done in an accurate and timely manner
  • You provide support to business leaders and guarantee the correct implementation of performance review programs
  • You are in charge of on/off boarding activities, people retention/development, succession planning, talent and performance management activities.
  • You make sure HR operations perform well, meet the company objectives as well as employees needs.
  • You ensure managers and employees receive the necessary tools, training and resources to be successful and fulfilled in their role.
  • You improve processes and procedures when you identify room for improvement
The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:



  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You have more than 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • You demonstrate experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment (blue and white collars) and can support people during the entire employee life-cycle
  • You have a hands-on mindset combined to strong communication skills allowing to build trustworthy relationships at every level of an organization
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and oral)
  • You enjoy sharing best practices with your peers and have a team spirit attitude
