Sander.HR is currently looking for an HR Generalist for our partner active in the healthcare sector located in Mechelen.

As part of an international group, you will be based at the site located in Mechelen . The company is growing and focusing on delivering smarter and innovative solutions to their customers in the healthcare sector .

The structure is flat , and there is a high possibility to take initiative and grow in the role . This position reports locally to the HR Manager, who aims to transfer knowledge and elevate the HR department and policies to the next level.

Role HR Generalist | Heathcare sector

The HR Generalist Will

  • Overview a generalist scope of responsibility.
  • Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment…).
  • Play an operational role for the Belgium payroll.
  • Develop the employer branding and compensation & benefits.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

Profile HR Generalist | Heathcare sector

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the industry or sector involving white & blue collars.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and a good level of French and English.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
