You are eager to learn about the different aspects in HR and Talent Acquisition and you want to help shape a strong employee branding and experience for our Keyrusians? You are available as from January 2023 for at least 3 months?Then we are looking for you as our next HR intern!As a key player in Consulting and Technologies, Keyrus Life Science believes that it is only by making sense of data that mankind can solve the major health challenges it faces.Job DescriptionDuring your internship, you will work alongside theHuman ResourcesandRecruitment teamand assist in implementing the defined HR strategy and goals. Our mission is to be a strategically-driven team that plays a vital role in Keyrus’ sustainable growth through attracting, developingandretaining the right people. We want to create a culture of agility and high performance where innovation in the latest HR & recruitment concepts helps us assist in change and unlocks the full potential of Keyrus and every person during their successful employee journey.You will create a close relationship with the managers and team coaches to help them with HR related issues, like training. You use yourintellectual curiosity to gain knowledge in competencies, career tracks, HR policies and processes as well as recruitment. You also love to get your creative mind working to create strong and clear messages towards our candidates and employees and come with new ideas for our ongoing projects or current HR processes.The Impact You Will Make- Help to build a learning culture: gather the training needs, book training courses (internal + external), promote learning, manage cefora subsidies
- Assist in the On-boarding new employees, preparing to welcome newcomers and keeping all information accurate and relevant
- Support the HR & TA team in creating HR news and sharing it on our social media (including job adverts, newcomers, projects, birthdays, office news, certifications etc.)
- Attend and help in the organization of HR & TA events (Knowledge information sessions, team buildings, job fairs, university days, networking events,…)
- Assist in the implementation of strategic HR & TA projects and, depending on your personal interest, carry out other TA/HR related projects
- Learn and become autonomous in sourcing people within the industry of Technology and Consulting, coached by our experienced Talent Acquisition team. Use our Tracking System and various job boards as well as more creative techniques to find candidates who fit in at Keyrus
- Create attractive job descriptions representing the heart and essence of Keyrus, advertising and then managing the responses. You will take ownership of one vacancy, handling all advertising and responses autonomously
- Bachelor or Master preferably in Psychology, HR or any related field, studying at a Belgian school
- Fluency in French or Dutch and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- You are seeking for an internship of at least 3 months beginning as from January/February/March 2024
- You have a positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people
- You are able to work autonomously in a structured and organized way
- You are able to absorb a lot of information and structure it in a clear way
- You are willing to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest HR and recruitment trends
- You find pleasure in creating strong and clear messages on social media
- You are willing to learn and take feedback as an opportunity to grow
- You have an affinity with technology and an intellectual curiosity to understand the importance of technology
- You believe the right people doing the right thing at the right time is a critical success factor in a company
