About the role:

The HR Manager will work with the leadership team to set talent up for success, improve the employee experience, and drive organizational performance. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the HR Manager will develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring all employees have the necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the hiring process from sourcing to job offers
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs
  • Create training and development programs
  • Implement retention strategies for top-performing employees
  • Provide HR-related guidance and support
  • Manage the HR budget and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements

  • Experience in building HR programs in collaborative environments
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience in promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Relevant degree and +3 years of payroll experience in PC200
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and accurate
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
