About Keyware TechnologiesKeyware Technologies is a listed company and one of the largest distributors of payment terminals and related payment services in Belgium. With a team of approximately 50 employees in Belgium and an additional office in France, we support businesses with their electronic payment needs. Our headquarters is located in Zaventem, with a branch office in Aalst. The organization is currently in a transformation phase, with a strong focus on growth, integration, and the professionalization of HR processes.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and professionalizing HR policies within Keyware. You will play a crucial role in bringing together the teams in Zaventem and Aalst, developing a strong company culture, and fostering ownership within the organization. You will also support our French division in HR matters. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management team.
Responsibilities
- Professionalizing HR Processes
- Develop and implement efficient HR processes and structures.
- Harmonize HR policies between the Zaventem and Aalst offices.
- Optimize salary and compensation policies.
- Talent Management & Retention
- Attract, select, and onboard new talent.
- Develop retention programs and growth paths for employees.
- Create an attractive working environment with a focus on employee engagement.
- Culture & Organizational Development
- Encourage a feedback culture and initiative within the organization.
- Guide the shift from a task-driven to an accountability-driven work culture.
- Coach leaders in people management and team development.
- General HR Responsibilities
- Oversee personnel administration and social legislation.
- Advise the management team on HR-related issues.
- Provide support to the French division in HR management.
- Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a similar HR Manager role.
- Experience with change processes and culture development is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work alternately in Zaventem and Aalst, combined with remote work.
