Our client, specialized in the design & production of high performance PTFE Seals, is looking for a motivated HR Officer.

Your main challenges:

Responsible for all performance and comply related aspects of the employee journey for both our sites in Kontich (180 emps) and Mechelen (55 emps)
Managing payroll for white collars and blue collars
Follow-up of the social laws and implement them
Advise and support management and employees in salary and social aspects
Sets-up employees’ employment contracts and related administration
Key-user for the HR softwares -
HR administration ie. Pension plans, Health care plans, archiving, …
HR reporting
Organizes social elections
Local contact for HR compliance
Leading HR improvement project
Back-up for the HR Communication Officer

Profiel

Your profile:

Bachelor or Master with at least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function
Experience in payroll, knowledge of SD Worx eBlox is a plus
Excellent Excel skills
Conscientious - Empathetic - Team Player - Autonomous - Sense of ownership and initiative
