Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usWe are reinforcing our Talent Department within Deloitte Consulting in Zaventem with a HR Process and Tool improvement Lead.In close collaboration with the Talent Lead, the HR Process and Tool improvement Lead will ensure alignment on and redefine the day to day talent related processes, reporting requirements and tool optimization within the Talent Consulting Team.You will:- Be part of an enthusiastic Talent Team and contribute to Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organization strategy
- Ensure proper understanding of the end-to-end talent processes and their accurate documentation & updating;
- Align the processes within the Belgian talent practice by ensuring consistency/standardization and managing/avoiding deviations from the standard (ensure decommission of old habits);
- Propose further improvements to the current processes;
- Understand and uplift the reporting requirements for the relevant talent processes;
- Cooperate with other data owners within the firm and manage data interactions adequately in order to ensure data cohesion between different systems
- Support business when needed and provide clear status updates on possible data issues;
- In alignment with Operations and Talent leads, investigate, propose and support the implementation of adequate tooling in order to contribute to the optimalization and automatization of talent processes and data;
- Report to the Talent Lead.
- You have a Master degree with preferably an economical orientation (affinity with IT is a plus)
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a relevant business environment (fast moving, complex)
- You have a consulting background (and industry background)
- You have an excellent command of English, Dutch and/or French, both written and spoken;
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- You are communicative and a true team player;
- You are capable to work on different domains simultaneously;
- You are analytical, detail and goal oriented;
- You work in a structured way and have a pro-active mindset;
- You are able to integrate information into tangible content, solve problems quickly and efficiently;
- You are able to independently plan and manage your priorities and daily operations;
- You keep an eye on interdependencies between different ongoing projects;
- Your reliability, flexibility and respect for others make sure you can build good relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
