• Travel abroad once every 2 months

Description

What’s the challenge?

• Formulate and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for talent management initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively taking corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate coordination and communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Act as a bridge between Talent Management and other organizational departments.
• Foster communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful talent management strategy implementation.
• Prepare reports for the Management Board.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and best practice documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Talent Management function and contribute to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Who are you?

• Experienced Project Manager (Min. 5 years) ;
• Experience in Talent, HR, Culture, DEI and Change Management is an asset ;
• Knowledge of talent management best practices and industry trends is an asset ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Creative, well-organized, self-directed, and results-driven.
• Team player who brings energy and positivity.
