As a Hub Coordinator Planning and Forecast you are the spider in the web around all operational activities of Takeaway.com in Belgium. You are directly involved in the day-to-day business, the right hand of the Operations Manager, responsible for the strategic and tactical planning cycles and also project manager in a number of areas. In short; a real all-rounder. As part of the operational management of Takeaway.com’s delivery branch, you have an important role in further professionalizing and shaping the Food Delivery business as a whole. In this role you report directly to the Operations Manager Belgium and are part of the Operational Management Team.

Your job
  • Responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of the Food Delivery business in Belgium.
  • Analyzing the results and initiating improvement plans.
  • Maintaining direct relationships with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
  • Project management of a number of very challenging and varying projects, both on a strategic and tactical level.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Sales and Customer Service departments, with the aim of achieving this
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Senior Management and the Board.
  • Managing a team of City Managers together with the Operations Manager Belgium.
Your profile
  • Completed HBO or University education
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in forecasting or business planning
  • Experience with project management
  • Competencies: analytical, accurate, stress resistant, connecting
  • You speak English, Dutch and French
